Postage & Delivery

The following postage options will be available to you on checkout.

Postage for anywhere in Australia is:

  • Purchase up to $11.90, it’s $2
  • Purchases over $11.90
    • Express Post: $8.00
    • Registered Post: $6.80
    • Tube Postage via Express Post: $12.50
  • Over $30, it’s free including Registered Post envelope
    • Add $5.50 if you’d like it sent by tube (Search for ‘Tube’ (from the Search field in the top right of each page) and add that to your order)

Registered Post also insures your items up to $100, if you are concerned about your item/s not finding their way to you. When spending over $30, your purchases will be sent via Registered Post envelope at no extra cost to you. If you’d like it sent by tube, please search for Tube and add the ‘Tube My Order!’ which will cost $5.50.

Tube postage will always be shown as a delivery option when you checkout. If you do not want your decals folded or damaged in transit, this is a better option than regular envelope delivery. Creases or folds don’t mean your sticker is ruined – creases disappear over time after the sticker is applied.

We will attempt to send out your order promptly, however all items are made on order, so please allow 4-5 business days for postage to be made.

PLEASE NOTE

  • We will always send the items as per the delivery address that you as the customer provide and will protect your purchase with some thin card where possible. Sticker Stop cannot be responsible for damage of the item/s or loss of the item/s within the postal system.
  • Ordering an item as Express Post doesn’t necessarily mean that you will receive the item the next day following order. Your order will be processed within 5 business days and you should expect delivery the next day following dispatch if your postcode is within the Australia Post Express Post next day network (scroll down the page and click the ‘+’ next to ‘Express Post delivery postcodes’ to check if your postcode is within their Network).
  • We won’t mark any items as ‘Permission to Leave’ or ‘Please leave at front door’. If your item is registered (Registered Post/Express Post) and there is no-one available to accept delivery on the day, you will be able to pick it up from the Post Office. No exceptions.
  • All prices on this site are in Australian Dollars ($AUD)
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. In this instance, any payments made will be refunded in full
